One Time Drywall & Paint Settlement Certificate

Your Ryan Home includes an optional One-Time Drywall Settlement Repair Service for nail pops and/or curing cracks, as described in the “Drywall Standards & Service Acknowledgement”. The service does not include any damages caused by the homeowner, or slight imperfections which are common in gypsum wallboard installation. The drywall contractor is not responsible for moving any furniture or personal belongings, please ensure all areas are accessible to the contractor at the time of the appointment. Drop cloths will be used to control dust; however, some residual dust may occur. This clean-up will be the homeowner’s responsibility. To initiate your one-time drywall service, please submit the information below. We recommend sending this form in before your eleventh month anniversary date to give our sub-contractors ample time to be able to schedule an appointment with you before the service expires at 12 months after settlement. The form must be received in order to initiate the drywall service.   • Note to Owner: Our service is based on repairs and touch-ups of items that would normally occur due to settlement and product defects typical with hand-produced products such as: nail pops, settling cracks, and caulking cracks. Neither customer damage and/or custom colors applied by customer are covered in this warranty. We will paint over drywall repairs with the original paint color. Damages and minor surface irregulatires are not covered as part of the one year drywall service. Please note: Additional work not documented above will NOT be performed without Service Tech receiving supervisor/office approval from the builder
